1. Our ServicesPianoramic Studios provides private piano instruction, studio scheduling, and related educational services in the Seattle/Bellevue, Washington area. Lesson availability, pricing, and policies are provided separately at enrollment and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Enrollment and PaymentEnrollment is confirmed upon acceptance of a lesson schedule and payment terms communicated at signup.Fees are due according to the billing schedule provided at enrollment. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of lessons.Cancellation, make-up, and refund policies are as stated in your enrollment agreement or studio policy document; where no separate document is provided, such matters are handled at our reasonable discretion.
3. Communications Consent (SMS and Email)By providing your phone number and email address and opting in, you consent to receive communications from us regarding scheduling, billing, and studio updates via text message (SMS) and email.No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or HELP for assistance. You may also unsubscribe from email communications using the link provided in each message, or by contacting us at the email address below. Opting out of SMS or email communications may affect our ability to notify you of scheduling changes.
4. Acceptable Use of the WebsiteYou agree not to:Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any account not belonging to you;Interfere with the proper functioning of the website; orCopy, reproduce, or distribute our curriculum materials or website content without our prior written consent.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
